About Us

The Human Resources Department of the Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians provides a number of support services for the departments within the tribal government.

We attract quality candidates through our recruitment and selection process. We retain and engage our employees by maintaining a competitive rate of pay and a quality benefits package.

We are committed to providing employment opportunities for our Tribal Members. We offer an annual Tribal Member Development Training Program which provides real work life experience and often times turns into a permanent job opportunity.

Our department also manages Tribal Member benefits. We have staff available to assist Tribal Members with questions about their health, dental vision and life insurance.
